All the dinners look very tasty. I haven't had the chickpea pasta but have had the lentil pasta. It was nice and just looked like wholemeal pasta. It's very hard to be low carb when you eat legumes.
What appliances do you all keep on your bench? I have a tiny kitchen but excellent storage so I keep very little out, I even put TMX in the cupboard for a few years when I gave up on cooking and only had the kettle out. Makes cleaning easy.

I have my kettle, air fryer and Thermomix on the benches Michele. I would like everything on the bench so that I don’t have to search cupboards looking for things LOL. Since I had the kitchen renovated I can’t seem to put my hand on things as easily as I used to so I might have to do some resorting I think.

Yes Chookie, I should try making chick pea pasta. It wouldn't be hard using the thermomix and pasta machine.
Tonight we are having Pumpkin soup with grilled haloumi pieces in it and garlic croutons.

I made a stir fry in the TM6 using the High Heat function. It's called 'sticky chilli beef'. Only makes 2 serves which is fine as it's for DH. Was intrigued as to how it would turn out. Really, really well
The only thing I would change next time is to cut down on the honey a touch as the taste I had was a bit too sweet but otherwise the flavours were really good. I used up bits and pieces of veg to the quantity stipulated.
In the photo I haven't spooned over the sauce at this stage, will do so once I warm it up later just before serving to DH when he gets home from work.
I allowed the meat to marinate for a few hours beforehand and I cooked some rice noodles to serve with.
Will definitely make it again, a great way to use up veg in the crisper.

Julie, looks very nice. Just like a professional photo.
I have lots of bench space but love it when there is not much on it.

Good idea to keep back the sauce until later, it looks delicious Julie.
I made crumbed chicken tenderloins to have with the leftover veggies from my last batch. I do enough veg for 3 meals.

Leftovers from roast lunch. The pear Pud, converted from a Bill Granger recipe, is very nice and makes 8 generous serves. Posted.

Will turn some of the stew into small pies for lunch.
Need to get creative with the veggies in the fridge as a fresh lot will be delivered tomorrow.
