Leftovers from last night with a veggie casserole thing DH made. He can be quite inventive when he wants too.

DH was feeling a little guilty about the bank statement he “lost” so he decided we would have red rooster chicken. I did enjoy not cooking.

We spent a heap more time doing MIL’s return thing. DD was shocked at my spreadsheets. She re did them in about a hundredth of the time it had taken more. I THINK we have things sorted out this time. I certainly hope so.

We had curried chick peas with rice.

Cookie, I think you are wonderful, doing all that book work for MIL.
Tonight we are having Norwegian fish cakes from my blog.  Will have the poached potatoes with them and a Green salad from the garden. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6652.msg87562#msg87562

We finally finished MIL’s paper work to send into Perpetual Trustees. Thank goodness.
Dinner tonight was pasta with chorizo and pea pesto. It was lovely and warming.
