We are having Fillet Mignon, using mince! Some sort of veggies to go with it.
Ha Cookie, won’t that be hamburgers?
Chicken breast some how?
Sure will, with bacon around the outside.

I cooked a recipe from Cookidoo using Turkey mince I found in the freezer. Meatballs in Red Pepper sauce, we both loved it.

Lamb chops with mixed veg.  I found some mushrooms in the fridge so might make a sauce with them.
