Our new kitchen is wonderful Chookie. I had a bit of a baking disaster baking Spiced Pumpkin Bread in one of my ovens a couple of weeks ago. It didn’t totally cook through but we ate it anyway 😂

It's worth buying a little oven thermometer so you can test the temperature in your new oven.  When we replaced ours a good few years ago now, everything was over-cooked or over brown.  A thermometer showed it ran 40C hotter than the dial.  It improved by 10C over time but I still set it now at 30C less than stated and things cook as they should.  Worth a try Cornish.
Thanks Julie.😁
A few dinners I have made recently are Shepherds Pie, Sausage and Mash, Pork Chops in BBQ sauce and Fish and Chips.

I really enjoyed my meal today.  It was a Michelle B meal called Rainbow Salad, the dressing was simple and perfect.  I so enjoyed it I made up another one and made it into a salad in a jar.  All I'll need to do tomorrow is upend it into a bowl and dive in.  ;D

That looks absolutely delicious JulieO
We had salmon and a chick pea salad last night. I realise the recipe can’t be shared JulieO but is there any chance you could list the ingredients please? I will understand if it’s not possible. 😀😀😀

Thank you girls, I really enjoyed today's serve too.  Will be making more next week in jars, so easy and I felt really good afterwards.

Cookie, I have sent you a PM  :D

Yummo Julie.  Eye candy, but I bet it tasted delicious.
I made a marinade about a week ago.  Can’t remember where I got the recipe. I have kept the remaining mix in a jar and have been brushing it on anything I have been roasting.  Veggies and meat.  Last night on chicken drumsticks.  Cooked  in AF.
Tonight, baked salmon.  On BBQ.
