We had lamb cutlets tonight, a bit of a treat, we had them with potato bake, brussels sprouts and a tomato/onion dish.  Yogurt for dessert.

We are going to a nearby burger place. It’s a car club thing. Take your car to put on display and buy a burger.

We had 2 recipes from RTE’S book last night. The crunchy baked chicken tenders (I cut a breast into strips) on page 29 and the crispy Parmesan tomato rice on page 17. They were both very nice. I forgot to take photos. 😢😢

Last night we had slow cooked apricot chicken legs , pre cooked during the day . Put on a low heat ... out for a birthday drink for a friend !! Well let’s just say they sat there for a few hours but were ok due to the Le Cruset pot . Rice and vegetables.

Chicken & vegetable shepherd's pie with potato/sweet potato topping.  Cauli, broccolini & asparagus.  Rhubarb custard for dessert.

Yum, I love silverside. We are having chicken pieces in the oven with curry paste and all the sad veggies from the crisper.
