We had the Bacon Cheeseburger Garbage Bread from Cookidoo. It was quite nice. I only made half and it was still enormous.

We had Char Kwa Teow. I think that’s how it’s spelled.

Cookie, laughed at the large bread loaf. How often does this happen!
Eating up the curry pocket fill with bean salad and sardines, this time.
Judy, what’s your favourite mix for smoothies. ? Think I should try this for dinner.

Chookie I’ve only made 4 so far over a 6 night period as some are large enough for 2 meals.
https://thenutritionadventure.com/chocolate-strawberry-power-smoothie/
This was really nice but I replaced the cocoa powder with 3 scoops chocolate sustagen and used prunes in lieu of dates as I didn’t have any dates at that time. 6 oz of milk is 178 ml.
This Broccoli smoothie was nice too
https://www.google.com/gasearch?q=saltand%20baker.com%20broccoli%20smoothie&source=sh/x/gs/m2/5
. I froze 3 bags of this one then just added the pineapple juice and water once it was in the TM jug plus my usual addition of the Sustagen powder. How this changes the taste of the smoothie I don’t know but this Berry Cabbage one was not nice until I added it
https://iliveforgreens.com/green-cabbage-smoothie/
Some recipes have added protein powder in them so this is virtually what I’m adding when using the Sustagen. I don’t expect to like them all but I’d like to try them all and end up with a good selection of enjoyable smoothies as a replacement meal.

Chookie that looks delicious.
We are having Chicken and Mushrooms Vol au Vents, but to be a little healthier I have made one large one instead of several small ones I got the idea from Cookidoo.
