Easy peaty risotto with tweaks from EDC, also pan fried some salmon cutlets coated in breadcrumbs and Dukkah, turned out lovely.

Ended up having BBQ sausages, potatoes in their jackets and Chinese Stir Fry Vegies from EDC. Was extremely yummy. Well.........I thought so anyway!!

Steak with Hally's spicy rub, baked potato and peas :) Didn't get around to the pies, maybe next week :-))

Chicken schnitzel - DD, DS & DH will have bolognese sauce and cheese on top of theirs and I'll just have mine plain.

Lamb,I cut up a leg of lamb yesterday  (JD shaking her head, lol) to make a red lamb curry, but  I might do the indian Lamb Curry from MOM, not sure yet, def a new recipe anyway. Also looking at the Lamb Korma.

A lamb with six legs Hally - that's interesting  ;D

i quite often cut up the half legs of lamb you can buy when they are on special and use it for curry, I've never found a butcher that has diced lamb that i'm happy with, there is always too much fat.

Totally agree with you Wonder, it takes longer to go through all the cubed meat and trim than it would if I did the whole thing myself.  I still get them to remove the bone, but will do the cubing myself now.
