I made Chinese-style omelette wraps. No photo because they were very messy, but they were soooooo tasty :D
Leftover banana custard with fruit for dessert :)

I had a Thai chicken and vegetable pot pie from the freezer  as DH is out tonight.
It was very tasty  :)

We had Hally's Camambert Chicken Burgers. They were lovely.

Last night was zucchini quiches which I prepared earlier in the day because I was working ;)

Not sure about tonight but I'm working again so it will have to be something else quick. Maybe just something from the freezer :)
