Roast lamb last night, tonight I'm going to use up some leftover honey mustard chicken I had in the freezer. Since we didn't really like it first time round, I'm going to use it as a filling for filo parcels and serve with steamed veg.

Change of plans Judy, silly me forgot to defrost the filo pastry - so parcels will have to wait until tomorrow. Luckily I'd already made some mac'n cheese so we won't go hungry.

Yes Amy questions are good. Can't learn if you don't ask. It's when you ask the same question over and over again that people get annoyed. Or is that just mothers??
Some sort of noodle dish with vegies and leftover roast beef tonight.

We had Nan's country kitchen curried tuna slice and it was very tasty. I made it in a pie dish and the rest is going in the freezer.
Will definately make ths again. Took a photo but tapatalk won't let me into the forum
I love dhu fish as well Suzanne but haven't seen it at the fishmongers for awhile. Lucky you
Hope your casserole is nice Amy
