Had Cyndi O'Meara's Atlantic Salmon on mashed sweet potato with capsicum (relish?)
Yum. I changed the sweet potato mash method to the one on the forum from Niko I think it was.
Good for you too!

Tonight it's left over chicken and spinach cannelloni and because there isn't quite
enough for a good serve each will have pumpkin and corn soup to start.

Happy expat, your meal looks and sounds wonderful!
We're having Tenina's Beef and Ale Pie from her FFS book. I didn't cook it in the TMX though as I made a larger batch. Made her pastry to go with it with limited success.

Thanks obbie, you inspired me 😃. Chicken is defrosting ready for tonight. Chicken tikka, yum, just what I fancy.

Great idea with the zucchini maddy, it is rather bland without some help. Did it lift it to another level with the garlic paste?
I made the
tuna,corn casserole
today for lunch and added a teaspoon of the paste - I throw it in anything savoury these days.

Apparently we are having chicken Kiev as requested by the children. Might have some TM fried rice with them.

Your Beef and Ale Pie looks fantastic maddy. Is that the Flaky Pastry or bought Puff?
We're having Crumbed Steak for tea. I haven't had it in years and I have some really thin steak in the freezer. My sister and BIL are visiting once more and she hates garlic, otherwise I'd do some zucchini in caramelised garlic paste too.
So, looks like it'll be my gravy with added tomato relish instead.
