And Julie O's rich beef pie with cheesey mash





think I'll whip some fettucini soon, as I won't be home from cricket until 8 ish tonight.

Just remembered it is Friday so it should be DHs cooking night. I mean it is DHs cooking night. But I want to try the casserole. What to do? Hmmmmmm - will have to think on this one!!  ;)

lasangna it is in the oven but i think it is too sloppy. next time i do the EDC ragu sauce i am going tio reduce the amount of liquid. i used bought mince as that is all i had.

I will post the pizza scroll recipe soon. SD was raving about how great they were when he had them at lunchtime, so of course he wanted some more for dinner ;D
