We had some left over pepperoni in the fridge so we're having pepperoni quiche and veggies tonight.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Pizza for my dinner.  Need the extra carbs as I'm bushwalking tonight  ;D

Bushwalking at night Vieve? Isn't that dangerous in the dark?

No Amy, it's perfectly safe bushwalking at night as long as you have the right equipment and are careful.  I hike every Thursday night for 3 hours with a group.  I think I probably prefer walking at night, particularly at this time of year, as it's cooler and very peaceful.

Last night we saw quite a few rabbits, a small snake (we think a brown snake) and a few spiders that like to spin their webs across the trail.

Last night we had MJ's Salmon Dinner. Very tasty, easy, and highly recommended for an Omega boost.

Yum Uni, that looks like a feast.

I'm cooking Jamie Oliver's "Perfect Roast Chicken".  Hope it lives up to its name.
