Tonight we had chicken korma (a non TMX recipe from The Hairy Bikers cookbook "The Hairy Dieters") and Indian Flat Breads from Travelling with Thermomix.  Delicious.  Forgot to take a photo as always  :-))

I did the corn on the cob and baby peas because I think thats what KFC meals come with. But I've never had KFC so I don't know for sure :-)) Mum and SD liked it anyway. DB also liked it, but I think his tastebuds were in shock from all the flavour of the seasoning! He's been living on porridge, peanut butter sandwiches and shop-bought lasagne up at university :P
