Creamy garlic prawn risotto, minus the prawns, plus peas and served beside sausages :D
Nothing like improvising.

That's a bit like me ordering a hamburger without the meat many years ago Kimmy - I did get a strange look.

That's a new one Judy. I have heard of people asking for Hawaiian pizza without pineapple. Must say, a hamburger without the meat does sound good. Might even have a chance to get my mouth around it!

Our church group has put together a roster for our dinners for the next few weeks, so I have no idea what we are having til it gets delivered... :D

Monday night was a lamb roast - with brownie and rasp sauce for dessert,
Last night was a home BBQed chicken with chunky chips, roast pumpkin, spinach muffins, peas, corn cobbettes, fresh buns, gravy - and apple cake for dessert.
:D

I've heard of church groups doing frozen meal deliveries but freshly cooked meals to your door each evening - wow, how good is that astarra.  Well done to all your church group ladies and their caring attitude.  The family of a friend whose daughter passed away was given food for 12 months after her death.

Uni, you have managed to cook a good looking pork belly there and for someone who professes they cannot cook a roast, well my girl, I think you nailed it LOL Frank is going to love it.

Leftover lasagne tonight. Will turn some leftover naan into garlic bread by splitting it and putting garlic butter in the middle. Italian and Indian, a bit of a mixture.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
