Have you got Scottish heritage CP?
I have to make traditional Scotch Broth for my family every couple of weeks in autumn and winter and make 8 litres each time.
They love it even the little ones. My grandparents recipe which undoubtedly came from their parents or grandparents in the islands or highlands of Scotland.

Uni, you have managed to cook a good looking pork belly there and for someone who professes they cannot cook a roast, well my girl, I think you nailed it LOL Frank is going to love it.

i am getting a tad better JD, i dont think pork belly is a real roast  :-)). and when i roast a chicken it only turns out nice if i cut it in half b4 baking , DS still baking  the legs  of lamb for me  ;D
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Yum, astarra.

I'm having the cannelloni again. It was a nice change from vegetarian or beef that I usually make.
