After countless requests, I gathered the courage to make Kuala Lumpur's famous Soong Kee noodles along with bouncy beef balls for the boys' wonderful daddy. A Father's Day treat.

DH requested hamburgers again for dinner last night so I thawed the patties then we went out instead, so we are having them tonight (I have the buns rising now too!

Recipe is from a very talented lady who is also from Penang (my home state in Malaysia which has the best food in Malaysia. Hehehe...I'm biased, obviously)
