Add loads of sour cream Hally. It helps my boys eat spicy food when I overdo it!

I'm trying Dani Valent's stirfry beef with veggies - haven't tried this one before and at the moment my steak is marinading in a very yummy-smelling marinade.

Barramundi with sambal paste wrapped in banana leaves, grilled in the airfryer. The subtle smoky aroma from the leaves was quite nice

That fish looks delicious.
I picked basil from the garden and made pesto with linguine.

Tonight I am doing a tuna noodle casserole. I think the recipe came from the forum - it's the one with the cream of mushroom soup in it.
It's yummy and easy.
