Add loads of sour cream Hally. It helps my boys eat spicy food when I overdo it!

Poor CP. milk or yoghurt is good for chilli mouth.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Pork chops. With either veggies or salad.

I'm trying Dani Valent's stirfry beef with veggies - haven't tried this one before and at the moment my steak is marinading in a very yummy-smelling marinade.

Barramundi with sambal paste wrapped in banana leaves, grilled in the airfryer. The subtle smoky aroma from the leaves was quite nice :)

That fish looks delicious.
I picked basil from the garden and made pesto with linguine.

Tonight I am doing a tuna noodle casserole. I think the recipe came from the forum - it's the one with the cream of mushroom soup in it.
It's yummy and easy.
