We have just finished AF (Actifried - unfortunately not Philliped!!) chicken thigh fillets and potatoes (done together) with steamed carrot sticks (leftover from the girl's lunchboxes) and peas. With TM gravy.  :)

I just basted some lamb chops with some smoked paprika and EVOO, and will have with a corn salad. Recipe in the latest Coles mag.
