I've made skinnymixers chicken madras and MOTM chorizo and lentil stew for tomorrow :)

I've made the Beef Madras recipe from the Skinnymixers and we love it CB. :)

First time I've cooked a real meal in ages!

Roast lamb, mashed potato in TMX, minted peas, caramelised onion, roast pumpkin, garlic bread and dessert is orange glazed strawberries and blueberries with ice cream.

yummy meals, left over roast beef into pies tonight..

tomorrow pulled pork and veges :)

If you're looking for dinner on another night and seafood is your thing consider trying Wheelers.  It's been a few years since I have been there but the food we had was excellent.
