When I worked for an insurance company freezer food was covered up to $250,policies vary but I believe it is a pretty standard cover.

I made niccos Roasted cauliflower and pomegranate salad.  I might have over roasted the Cauli , I didn't have mint so subbed for parsley. My DH rarely doesn't like what I make but when I asked if I should make it again he thought not!

We had Maddy's chicken cesear burgers tonight, loved by all and I'm sure will be on the menu again.
