Pork and cider sausages, mashed potatoes, silverbeet, mashed carrot and gravy. Opened a bottle of Apple that I had preserved. Followed by Fruit Mince pie, I used the pastry from the Belgium Lemon Tea Cake and filling was Cookies fruit mince filling.

We had bought fish and AF cooked wedges. I made Chookie's Marie Rose sauce to go with it. Also Coleslaw and Chookie's carrot and zucchini salad with Greek yoghurt. All very nice.
