Hally that spread looks great. Would love to know what the curries are. I've been using the Skinnymixer curries a bit lately but using either the pressure cooker or slow cooking and really enjoying them.

Tonight we are having chicken breast, cooked in coconut milk with Nikki's Green Curry sauce mix. I made a heap and popped it in the freezer. I have some Naan in the freezer and will do rice.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I made Skinnymixers All-in-one Chicken Dinner last night.Its delicious,we loved it. :)

Thanks everyone,just back from an overseas trip to Dubai, Venice and UK.

2 of the curries lamb korma and butter chicken were skinny mixers and I made up a balti.

I made Thermofun's Beef Mac and Cheese tonight.It was delicious.I did add four mushrooms to the recipe.
