Yep, one of our favourites also, the Non- Fried Rice.
Cookie it does make you feel good to whip something up quickly, that you know is far better for you, even if it's just soup & Bread.

I keep forgetting to make that bread. The flavour was incredible.

It was pizza night yesterday, prepared the dough off the chip and topped with all veggies, hubby loves homemade pizza now :)

Just was curious, I use bread flour to make the base but was wondering if there are any healthier versions I can try?

We had a recipe from Tenina's just released calendar. It was Chicken, Spinach and Feta Pide. Very tasty. The pizza base had chilli flakes in it.

We had Thermobexta's Creamy Vegetable Casserole.  It is a lovely mix.  I was going to make it into a pie but didn't have enough time!

Cookie, your Pide looks very nice.

Cuilidh, we also like the Creamy Vegetable Casserole from Thermobexta.  I sometimes make a half quantity and add a small tin of tuna to it and then put a crumble topping on it to make a tuna mornay.

Last night we had Chick Pea Patties with mashed potato and steamed vegs.

Not sure what we will have tonight.
