I have emailed ww thanks ladies. I don't think the apple sauce is that great chookie. I noticed that not much fat came out of the pork belly when steaming. More came out in the oven and made the sauce taste fatty. Luckily I had only poured a little sauce around the pork belly and the rest was placed in a dish and kept warm in the bottom of the oven. We only ate the sauce from the dish and threw out the fatty sauce.

Your meal looks great Judy. I have just bought that book. I am hoping to try the healthy carbonara sauce first. It's going viral on Facebook at the moment!

We had the Pea and Zucchini fritters that mab mentioned. I served them with potato salad and a Beetroot, spinach and goat's cheese salad. They were very nice.

Update on The pork belly. WW have contacted me and offered a refund and replacement pork belly (hopefully with rind this time). No explanation as to how this occurred, but they are looking into it. Can't ask for more.

Must be a skinnymixers kind of week. Tonight skinnymixers butter chicken and vegetable biryani. The butter chicken sauce freezes really well.  I find that half the sauce feeds us four. I make the full recipe, cooking 500g chicken in a frypan and use half the sauce. I then freeze leftover sauce ready to use with another batch of chicken next time. Makes for a quick meal on those nights when you don't want to cook.

I did my menu plan for the week today. For some silly reason I completely forgot about Skinnymixers books. Next week?

We had Jamberie's new Zucchinni dish. It is lovely. I made a half quantity.

Nice meals everyone.

We didn't get to eat the vegetable quiche last night so will have it tonight.

Yesterday we had lunch out at a new Cafe in Woodend. The Chef is French/ Swiss.  I had a lovely main meal which was pan fried chicken breast with sage leaves on a slice of grilled Semolina with a red wine sauce and crispy pancetta. This morning I made the Semolina ready to slice and grill. It would be easy to make the sauce and semolina before hand and pantry chicken , pancetta and semolina 10 minutes before required.
I made the semolina to the polenta recipe in the TMX 5 cook book. Will post when I do the complete meal.,

Chookie I can't believe that no matter how busy you are you always have time to try out a new recipe.
