Thanks to Cuilidh, made the Creamy Vegetable pasta and it was yummm!! Need to make few variations though for next time, need to reduce the pasta probably by 50g so that there is more sauce and increase the amount of veggies but other than that it was reallyy nice, surely a keeper, Thanks once again Cuilidh :)

I did a slow cooker beef and veg casserole tonight, & did a batch of the enough rice for the whole family recipe. It went down well  :)

They're in the TM5 Basic cookbook and chip. I saw it on the Morning Show and it looked good.

Mongolian beef followed by a sorbet inspired by quirky cooking (frozen mango, frozen banana, passionfruit pulp and a dash of yoghurt).

Last night I made Chicken Biriyani and tonight we ate up the leftovers.It was okay but I won't use the recipe again.

Thai yellow curry mango chicken - inspired by this recipe http://www.recipetineats.com/thai-red-curry-with-chicken-mango/.  I made the sauce yesterday, tonight I panfried 3 chicken tenderloins and unlike the recipe, I wanted some veggies too so I steamed carrots, snow peas and broccolini in the TMX, put all the different elements into a casserole dish, added enough sauce to cover and heated in the microwave along with some rice from the freezer.  Delicious!  I also re-heated a Yorkshire Pudding in the a/f and filled that with some sauce.   Yorkies and any sauce are a match made in heaven although I'm sure the Thai people haven't tried it. Such a nice meal that I had to have a glass of Moscato as well.

We had a leek and cheddar quiche tonight. I did the pastry and cooked the leeks in the thermomix. Also mixed the eggs and milk in it and grated the cheese.
