I had that delicious SC Lamb Obsession which I cooked last night, bones removed and with frozen mashed potato &  cauli-broc-au-gratin.

We had Beef Stroganoff served on Cabbage noodles from Quirky Jo's book. Both DH and myself loved every mouthfull. I love all the recipes I have done from her book. Making a point to try more, before her new book comes out in Jan'17.

Ral had the last of the Lamb Shank soup, and I had an omelet with eggs, onion, mushrooms and Kale. All home grown.
For lunch we had leek and mushroom risotto, ( cooked in TMX) and KFC to use up the spice so I can make another lot.
Also Salted Caramel Ice cream.

I made a Pide type thing for dinner last night. It had lamb mince on it, topped with feta. It made 8. DD said it didn't have enough flavour!!!!! DH only had 1/2, said he wasn't hungry. I now have 5 and two halves to eat all by myself. I will put one in the freezer. Tonight they are getting a Vegie Curry pie with grilled haloumi. Fairly quick and easy. Any complaints they will be getting a green salad tomorrow night. I've told them they can menu plan for next week!  I hope they select things a I like to cook.
Grizzle all done now. 😄😄😄😄😄😄

Grilled Barramundi with steamed veggies and for Ral mini Arancini. Salted Caramel ice cream for Ral. I am trying Michael Mosely's 8 week, 800 cal diet. He suggests doing it for 2 week to start with and then continue for another 6 weeks , or swap to the 5.2.

Yes I did Judy. I had one for lunch yesterday and another today. The ones in the freezer can stay there for a bit.

Tonight we are having a SC dish.
