I love the waffle basket maker Chookie. I haven't used my waffle maker a lot but I'm pleased I bought it.......you can never have enough gadgets. 😄😄😄😄😄

DH is having chicken thigh, I'm having a tiny piece of steak and DD is having Haloumi. I found bits of chicken and steak in the freezer and will do vegetables with them all.

I did TRTLMTs SC pulled pork last night.
Really nice tho the kids found the flavour a bit strong. Would do it again but use half the sauce mix.
I also did mash, steamed veg, salad and stuffed mushrooms with it.

Snap! We had Tenina's Pulled Pork! I made some paleo rolls and brioche rolls and some broccoli salad and a kale salad mix to go with the pork...Tenina's recipe was fantastic, I'll have to have a look at trtlmt version.

We had home made burgers. I didn't get home until mid afternoon so I had to help the dough for the rolls rise, in the oven.

Macaroni cheese. DH had a wisdom tooth out on Thursday and still has a tender swollen face, so it's been soft food for all.
I made the cheese sauce in the TMX and somehow got it wrong, just didn't thicken. Salvaged it on the stove top. Just had no luck what so ever with the TMX for over a year now.

Mich, that is a nuisance. Could it be the thermomix ? Perhaps it's temperature is out or something.
