That looks nice.
We had pork chops, salad and potatoes sliced thinly and cooked in a little oil. I made far too much salad so we are very full now.

Love looking at what you girls are cooking, and I really need some inspiration ATM. Going to be a busy day so maybe it'll be corned beef done in the Dreampot

Half the potato & spinach I made yesterday with lamb backstrap. The other half of the mixture I used in an omelette and it was delicious, hot or cold.

It's only small Judy. We vacuum seal meat and chicken and make sure it's very flat and quite a bit fits in the freezer. We also have 2 Engel car fridges. We only have one with us this trip. For longer trips we take 2 and use one as a freezer. We have managed to set ourselves up pretty well.

Cookie , you sure have set yourselves up very well. We also have and Engel car fridge. Very handy. Use it also at Xmas to keep extra drinks cold.
Easy dinner tonight. BB on toast.
Fish and chips and salad for lunch.
