That sounds delicious Cookie
Tonight I'm doing a roast pork with crackling and apple sauce, roasted potatoes, corn cobs and sweet potatoes, garden salad, steamed carrots and gravy

It was 5:30
Tonight got a kg of mince in the slowcooker, will do a shepherd's pie for tonight and hopefully leftovers to make meals for the freezer, having a procedure next week (First week of school holidays too) which the docs are saying I won't feel like much for a while after.... :/ but my family will still need to be fed!!

Prawn and coleslaw sandwiches. I made the mayo for the cold slaw from the chip but made just 1/2 recipe and thinned it with extra lemon juice.
