Tonight I'm doing a roast pork with crackling and apple sauce, roasted potatoes, corn cobs and sweet potatoes, garden salad, steamed carrots and gravy :)

It was 5:30 ;)

Tonight got a kg of mince in the slowcooker, will do a shepherd's pie for tonight and hopefully leftovers to make meals for the freezer, having a procedure next week (First week of school holidays too) which the docs are saying I won't feel like much for a while after.... :/ but my family will still need to be fed!! :)

Hope all went well Astarra . Last night we had Chunky Bolanaise . Night before we had a nice grain salad from Dani Valent with crumbed chicken tenderloins .

Last night we had roast butterflied Lamb with rosemary salt, roast carrots DD favorite . Dessert mango chai pudding , it was nice less sugar next time .

Prawn and coleslaw sandwiches. I made the mayo for the cold slaw from the chip but made just 1/2 recipe and thinned it with extra lemon juice.

I cooked a ham and so we had ham and chips, well DH had chips I had a jacket potato. I served it with coleslaw.
