JudyDawn’s Mince Meat Curry followed by Strawberry Sorbet (made with just sugar and frozen strawberries as I didn’t have any ice).

Roast lamb with vegetable casserole. We will take our meal out to DS1 and check on the animals, and I will leave DS 2 a meal at home.

That sounds reasonably easy and delicious Judy, especially if it's hot.
We had Ambra's Chicken, with rice and veggies. I thought I had put the recipe up, but I don't think I have. Will do so very soon.

I have mixed some of my KFC spicemix with Panko bread crumbs. I will use this on some chicken tonight. I use RecipeTinEats method for the egg mixture. This is egg, milk and flour, salt and pepper all mixed together. Dip chicken into this then the bread crumbs. Easy.
