Left overs for us as well - although I don't think either of us has much room left for food after a big lunch.

Fillet steak, roast potatoes & pumpkin, cauli-au-gratin, peas & gravy - with a glass of Moscato.

Uni, where have you been?
I urgently need your advice. We are having Italian visitors for lunch tomorrow. Would eggplant dip be acceptable to go with drinks before the meal?
Would a platter of fresh fruit and cheese be ok as sweets.? Could I put a piece of Parmesan on the platter?

The 6.2.2. Pork ad got me in (finally) so I bought myself a bulk tray of boneless pork loin steaks from Costco recently. It looks thicker than that used in the ad though so it will be trial and error with my first piece tonight.

Last night's dinner began as a Shepherd's Pie. I then blitzed all the tired vegies I had in the fridge and added those. Then I remembered we had spinach and cheese polenta a couple of nights ago and there were left overs. So our pie was filled with vegies and topped with cubes of polenta. We couldn't eat all of it, so it's on the menu again tonight.
