Yesterday made Chow Mein, using cabbage and Zuchinni from the garden. Enough left over for today.

Did a big slow cooker pot of beef casserole tonight, filled with excess veggies from the garden (shh, don't tell the kids .... or the hubby
)
Just what we needed on this wild, wet and stormy day we had today

Yesterday, in Melbourne I bought 6 organic chicken carcasses for $2 each. I froze 5 but made chicken stock with 1. I then made cream of chicken soup with a cauliflower base and added carrot and leek. Also some chopped chicken breast for last 15 minutes . Then parsley and chives. The stock I made in SC but the rest in TMX.
