Salmon for DD and I and crumbed fish for DH. He doesn't enjoy salmon.

Light dinner tonight, choice of leftover Turkey Casserole, dips and salad or Cauliflower cream soup.  We are taking Gert out for lunch.

Yes we love cutlets , four were naked cutlets because I had a brain fade and got rid of the last bit of egg and crumbs looked and saw I had more to do . Thus I put them in the oven and hoped I would get a few .
Tonight we had a layered steak salad ! Spinach leaves , blanched asparagus and sugar snap peas, soy beans (green) edamame . Then glass noodles , topped with sliced BBQ steak and drizzled pomegranate molasses. All gone .
