That looks very interesting Chookie. We are having baked beans tonight. DH and I love them but DD hates the tinned variety, and she is going out so we will tuck in.

How was the smoked lamb Chookie?
I had some canned red salmon left so made 3 fish patties to have with chips and salad for tea.

The smoked lamb cutlets were lovely.   Could have left them in a bit longer but wanted to singe them on the grill .  I also cooked pork cutlets in the bag and will have these with salad today.

We had salami, that I sliced and cooked to get rid of most of the fat, then added baby tomatoes to it, a bit of spinach, pasta and bocconcini. A favourite here.

DS made a Chicken Rogan Josh Curry and gave me two portions for our dinner tonight. Just need to steam some basmati rice to have with it. He also gave us 4 wholemeal rolls that he made too.

DS sounds a handy cook to have nearby Denise.

We are having a sort of stir fried rice with smoked salmon.
