We had Corned Beef on Rye bread last night.  Tonight Corned beef with veggies and mustard sauce made in TMX. Trifle.

Birthday dinner for DS,  He has requested  roast lamb with all the trimmings and  steamed pudding for dessert.

That’s what I’d want on my birthday Margaret!
I’ll have a couple of the pies I made this morning.  I didn’t separate the Chow Mien or mince & veggies so it will be a surprise each time I have a pie.  I think I’ve put 8 Chow Mien in a bag for DD, 4 definitely are but the others could be either.

Made Chow Mien.  See Judy made some also.  Was good to be able to use the bits and pieces from cleaning out fridge.
