There are so many types of fish that I’ve never heard of either cookie, I will only buy it if they can tell me which fish it tastes like - one that I know.  I’m sure we could be buying cheaper fillets of fish if only we knew more about them.

It is difficult to get fresh fish in the inland regional areas. I only buy Australian fish, so mostly salmon, trout and prawns. We like flake but it often doesn’t look fresh.
Cookie, that would have been very nice.
Last night, salmon and salad.  Fresh cherries.

CC, delicious.  How is the new kitchen?
Lamb cutlets, grilled. Potatoes?,  broccoli from the garden and leftover sweet potato. Fresh Pineapple.
Our new kitchen is wonderful Chookie. I had a bit of a baking disaster baking Spiced Pumpkin Bread in one of my ovens a couple of weeks ago. It didn’t totally cook through but we ate it anyway 😂

Update , I used the bone broth and steamed the wontons and a few greens put it all in a bowl ! DH face was what is this ! I liked it and I think he did mind you there was four proteins in all .

It's worth buying a little oven thermometer so you can test the temperature in your new oven.  When we replaced ours a good few years ago now, everything was over-cooked or over brown.  A thermometer showed it ran 40C hotter than the dial.  It improved by 10C over time but I still set it now at 30C less than stated and things cook as they should.  Worth a try Cornish.

Last night we had lamb cutlets, grilled on the kitchen BBQ grill. I bashed them with the meat mallet and they grilled in a couple of minutes.

Being Saturday I made pizza again. It is easy and everyone enjoys it.
