Yum KAtie. Chicken Maryland cooked a a bottle of Maggie Beer sauce. Steamed Cauli. Low fibre for Ral. I have Baked Beans on grain toast for breakfast  and a 1/2 slice of All Bran cake to add fibre.

Tonight was another RTE dish. Chicken with Creamy Sundried Tomato sauce. I served it over pasta from the pasta maker. https://www.recipetineats.com/chicken-with-creamy-sun-dried-tomato-sauce/

Still haven’t had the roast lamb. Instead had Crepes left over as well as Spag sauce and ricotta so made low carb Lasagna.
