I had a look at Farfallina blog. Very interesting.
Soup for dinner tonight as I’m going to my first Probus Book Club meeting today. We can have lunch before the meeting.

We had leftovers from the curry and rice with naan again. I made some whipped lemon feta to have with the curry.

Chicken soup and baguette (bought) filled with ham and salad. Had lunch out. Wanted something light. Had this from breakfast menu, scrambled eggs over a potato cake. The potato cake was mashed with truffle oil and crispy.

That looks delicious Chookie.
I made the filling for the Chicken and Mushroom Vol au vents on Cookidoo. Then decided to put it into a pie!

Cookie, thought I might have a go at the potato cake and cook it in the pie maker. Not sure how they made the eggs shaped like this, but will have a go.

Cream of celery soup and chicken stir fry then baked pear and ginger in puff pastry. Small servings of each. I bought a massive stick of celery at Woolies for 90 cents.
