Last night I had a frozen mango and spinach smoothie. The spinach was from the garden.

Snap Chookie, that's what I had for dinner last night.

Tonight the men are having left overs and I am having RTE Pasta with Creamy Zucchini Sauce.

Good to see you ladies are into the smoothies occasionally. It’s cold here so I did a freezer dive and found some pea and ham soup for 2 nights,

Bought a fresh chicken from Aldi. $7. Asked neighbour in for Dinner. Still enough left for dinner tonight. We had strawberries and ice cream to follow.

I was able to find a nearby crab processing factory which sold to the public on Thursdays so I bought myself a 250g pack of crab meat. I’ll get at least 5 small meals out of the pack so for $30 I consider it a good buy. Bought a few of the salad veggies I can eat to go with it. I’ve been hanging out for crabmeat since last season.

Chookie I usually make the ice cream recipe but at the moment I have no room for any tubs so I bought a small jar of Beerenberg Creamy Seafood Sauce and that’s very nice.

Crab is yummy Judy. We were having pizza, but I then received a call saying my replacement Apple Watch was here. So I went over to pick it up. I’m very impressed. I only went into the Apple shop on Tuesday and today I have a new replacement. I really missed it.
When I got home it was a bit late to make pizza bases so we had fish and chips.

Pork loin chops with sliced sauté apples. Steamed cabbage carrot beans snow peas and baby potatoes . I always cook the apple in the pan first then put to side of pan add the pork chops .

Roast leg of lamb. GS coming for Dinner.  Making smashed pots into parmigiana, by topping with salsa and cheese. Waffles, his favourite.
