It sounds delicious Mab. I don’t have much success with Skinnymixer recipes KAtie. I don’t really know why.
We’re having chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in Proscuitto. Some sort of veggies too.

Skinnymixers is good but always substitute all the dried ingredients like garlic onion powder and ginger for fresh . No way does anyone need the amount of dried ingredients. That’s just because they have a deal with grandmas pantry dried goods . Once that’s all removed it is great . Out for dinner last night ! DH had leftovers.

Judy I just make the pasties as normal for everyone and take the pastry off mine then chop up the cooked meat and veg in the tmx and add some gravy or sauce.  A lot of mucking around but it works.

It’s good that we are such an inventive lot. The TMX has encouraged us to think outside the circle.
GS and friends for dinner. I’m making turkey schnitzel, mashed potatoes, peas and Portuguese Custard tarts. Garlic bread essential.
