This was so easy and so tasty.  Meant to make my own pasta today but time got away from me and so used dried fettucini.  It was a Donna Hay recipe that used the filling from Italian pork sausages that I rolled into mini balls, dried chilli flakes, garlic, halved baby roma toms, white wine, crispy sage leave and parmesan.  Has gone straight into the "to make again" folder.  ;D

I made Veggie burgers (enough to freeze some too) They went well with a lamb cutlet.
here is a picture of the batch ready to freeze.
I put the recipe in the diet section. I hope that is where it should go as it is very low Kcals but it doesn't stop anyone from making them or do you think I should have used the vegetarian section?

They look great Dot, won't hurt to put them in vego section as well.....otherwise they might get missed by people (me) who don't look in the diet section  ;)

Yummy Julie...that's why I love Donna's recipes....so simple but tasty.

Hi  Maddy,
I have taken your tip and put the recipe in the vegetarian section as well as the diet. How come I keep seeing your lovely cakes and you don't need to look in on the diet section whilst I strive to reduce those killer calories and have to restrain myself from looking in the cake section.  :( :(

Yes, the watchdog program on UK TV last night really gave them a bashing as a money making scheme. Of course if there is substantial weight loss being had by it's participants then it is doing the job although not very healthily.

All that protein would put an end to my single kidney (so said my doctor about high protein diets like the Dukan and Atkins.)
I'll stick with the Thermomix and try to keep on with a healthy diet.

Made Thermomixer's carrot salad to go with it, which was a lovely change.

For us it was leftovers...and hte dukan diet is huge where i live in France and i cant stand it...each to their own but nothing beats eating healthy and balanced with a little exercise ...too much of anything isnt good for your body and im not a lover of any diet...healthy eating yes but diet no..pass!  :)
