I just started a thread on apps, it might make the searching easier.
I personally would rather feedback from our members, before purchase   :)

I just bought 12 clear glass jam-type bottles at Crazy Clarks for $8. 30% off sale. I didn't have many empty ones but need them for when I start making my jams, mayo, veggie stock and unami paste. Any other uses for them?

Sweet chilli sauce

Lemon butter

Hazelnut spread from the EDC

Store opened packets of nuts and seeds in the fridge in them

Homemade milo - you may need to use 2 of them for this recipe.

I would freeze the umami paste in ice-cube trays then pack in zip lock bags Montoya - it will keep much longer that way.
I also freeze my veg stock concentrate, it doesn't go hard and can easily be spooned out of a zip lock bag when needed. It can be kept in the fridge but if it is frozen you don't have to worry about a use-by date.

:D ......what set was it Robyn?

I braved the hoards of shoppers, and took the kids out shopping to use their gift cards for Christmas.
I managed to pick up up the pink apple cover for the iPad, and the chefs stand from dick smiths....30% off.
The boy spent his money on a ball return net from rebel, and teenager only bought a DVD....she's very conservative with her money.....completely not her Mother's daughter  :-[

Oh I wish you lived next door maddy.  I received some different cupcake molds for Christmas so have 25 of the little beggars sitting in the fridge all ready to be dipped in chocolate tomorrow and decorated.  My artistic skills are zilch so I think they are probably looking better at the moment than they will be when I have finished with them.  No matter what the outcome, I will post a picture - it might be in Oops.. though.

I am going shopping today. Looking for new work shoes, dough scraper and bread temperature stick,  and pillow cases plus whatever bargains I find.
DS is buying an itunes card with his chrisstmas money.
Yesterday mum asked if I would use a pie maker and of course I said yes, so she is giving me her unused one. Pies galore being made here on the weekend  :)
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate
