I got my power bill the other day and was dancing for joy as it is nearly halved since we bought the new dishwasher. Let me just say that the half power bill is still 2/3 of your credit Cookie  :'( :'(

Ds & I opened it up in excitement to use now, but as we turned it on its side we cant use it fr 24 hours, >:(

So looking forward to trying it.

The instructios  at the front of the booklet say, , if turned on side do not use for 24 hours, so I am not, dont want to break it

That would be to do with the refrigerant gases. Same as when you move your fridge and freezer - though 24hours is a long time!

It probably pays to wait the 24 hours regardless - how do you know the courier didn't turn it upside down at some stage???
