POK use wheat pellets, check out the link. I wasn't sure until after reading the info on their site, so I thought I'd pass the it on

When I worked at a pharmacy years ago, we would eat a pellet or two- just because we could

I rang them and asked how to dispose of the pellets about 5 yrs ago. They told me I could add milk and sugar and eat them for breakfast.

I get these when I order from the pharmacy, I did put a couple in my mouth to taste as the smell of them intrigued me they are a bit like a tasteless prawn cracker

I just keep seeing books i want to buy... Will probably slow down though for the moment.. No more space 😄😄😄😄😄

I do have a slight addiction to all things cooking.. Especially cookbooks.. Love seeing what lovely things others do with food.. I only need to love one or two recipes in a book to buy it.. And always searching for something a bit different.. There are worse addictions to have 😉

Oh no Frozzie. I bought 2 small ww cook books from the newsagent, received my lovely ss book & also grabbed acouple of food mags, but its not enough.

When home, shopping, air con cranked on & cooking.

Mind you its so hit, no nw wants much apart from ice creams

I just miss te shops in general, i go every day to gc.
