Hi Jam, great to see you posting.  I will be very interested in any recipes you like. Have been following the 8 week Blood Sugar Diet which is basically the Med diet but with limited calories.

Question.  Does anyone have a Miele warming draw?   This also has a slow cooking function.

Just visited a friend who has one.  She would have loved an arga but this seems the way to go . She said she made cauliflower then put the cheese on it , popped it into the Miele warming draw and added tomarto pie cooked for 2 hours , very happy with it .

Thanks K ATIE.  I have only one oven in this new home.  I really miss having 2 ovens. I also would love an Aga but have decided to go with what I have. I could turn one of the saucepan drawers into a warming oven. DIL trying to get me to buy a steam combination oven, but I haven’t got room for one.

No warming drawer here either. I do have steam in my oven and love it.

Mine will inject steam into the oven as many times as you programme it. I don't have a full steam oven. I love it though.
