Thanks for the recipe
Made it tonight and was yum!
Prawns came out perfect too. I hate overcooked prawns!

How many serves does it make? I don't think it would be a good re-heater...

It makes 4 good adult sized serves Mrs G and I always do full quantity for the 2 of us so that we have leftovers. I just add some more liquid to it before reheating in the microwave.

Made this for dinner tonight, it was sensational!! Thanks!! I didn't have any wine left so I just used water, and left out the sour cream but it tasted incredible. Everyone in the family was hovering around the kitchen waiting for it to be ready

Yum - this recipe is super easy and delicious! I didn't have any wine on hand (!) so I swapped it for water. Only had frozen cooked prawns so I semi-defrosted them and then cut the cooking time to 45 seconds. They were fine after sitting in the thermoserver for 10 minutes. DH went back for seconds

I'm thinking of making this on Friday night when we have friends coming for dinner. Just wondering if anyone can suggest a special bread recipe (pull-apart, rolls, foccacia ??) that I could make to serve with it. Preferably not a garlic bread as I don't want to overload them.
