I've been waiting not so patiently for my airfryer today and have checked out the front at any noise from the dogs. late this afternoon I went into the backyard for no more than 5 minutes and when walking back past the front door what did i find but a notice from the delivery man saying I had missed the delivery  >:( I'm 100% sure he didn't ring the bell as I can hear it from the backyard and the dogs bark each time it goes off. I had words with the delivery man a few weeks ago when I happended to see him putting a card into my letterbox when he hadn't come to the door first. I've suspected him of doing that before and he was quite agressive when I caught him. Looks like there's no no chance of me getting any deliveries while he is my delivery man  :-\

I'll be working from home again tomorrow so will be able to go and pick it up in the morning so will be able to test a pie and chips in it for lunch.

that's frustrating wonder sounds like my delivery man  I have put in a few complaints about him but obviously no one cares because he's still doing the same thing ::)
have fun when you do finally get your airfrier :D

EDC dough. Par baked 180C for 3 mins. Baked at 200C 5 mins.

Quite yummy :P

So pleased that the Airfryer didn't increase the temperature in the whole kitchen :)

You're very clever BZB. Is that one of your DS's holding the pizza? I thought it might be by the fingers - look like piano players hands.

I don't like the sound of your delivery man Wonder, lazy sod isn't he!  He is just presuming you are not home and that is probably never going to change.

Love the look of your pizza BZB and it makes me want one even though I had a late tea tonight and am not the slightest bit hungry.

We receive a lot of parcels and have had a lovely delivery boy. The last parcel was with a different person, hopefully he is ok.
Several years ago we bought DD a book from the UK that was over $500 and weighed many kilos. It was approx 30cm x 30 cm and about 15-20 cm thick. It never came and when we were tracing it, with the help of the seller, we discovered that the delivery person had marked it return to sender, no such address!  Fortunately DD was sent another book.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I have a good one too, especially for the POK deliveries.  He uses my fridge as his fill up water station  :D

my delivery man signed one of my parcels don't think he knew I got emails to say delivered or card left  when I questioned it with Australia post they sent me a copy of the signature and after signing for 100's of parcels it was not like mine, the next day it arrived on my doorstep, he probably couldn't be bothered dropping it at the post office

Those pizza's look great BZB, you are certainly making the most of the airfryer and trying lots of different foods.

With the delivery man, we have always had poor service but since I caught him I'm sure he is trying to annoy me even more.

Picked up the airfryer and cooked a pie from the freezer for lunch and it turned out really well and didn't have to worry about heating up our full 900mm oven for one little pie. I've got a busy day and night so won't be able to have a play but might be able to at least use it to warm up some left over lamb and potatoes for dinner.

BZB, did you put foil or baking paper on the mesh when you pre cooked the bases?

Woohoooo,,,,,,,Wonder! :)

I just placed the pizza dough directly on the net. But I sprayed some oil on the net first as I wasn't sure if food would get stuck.

Cooked some frozen chicken tenders in the Airfryer. Ingham brand. Package said 220C, 22 mins in oven.

I tried 200 C (max temp) 8 mins. Preheating took 2-3 mins. Faster than oven. Better than toaster oven as I have more control over temp and timing.
