Chips made in the airfyer are yummy, Obbie. Especially those from frozen section. Wish they were healthier. Will try to make homemade chips soon.

Wonder I've gone through exactly the same with Aust Post delivery people, my kitchen windows looks straight at our letter box and I've seen the van pull up, guy get out and put the note straight into the letter box.

BZB food looks great, hadn't thought about pizzas in there and I also love being able to do some cooking without turning my big oven on or heating up the place in this heat.

Airfried drumsticks marinated with homemade Percik paste - a coconut milk, tamarind and spices combo.

180C, basted every 5 mins for a total of 20 mins. Drumsticks were turned midway.

I watched some uTube as well CP, also tried to read as much as I could find.  Apparently the recipe book is not that good.  BZB are you making up your own recipes or are they from the book?  Anyone know what the best price is at the moment?

Have fun shopping, Cookie :)

CP, that sounds like me when I was trying to decide on the thermomix. I searched through YouTube.

Judy, I'm using my own  and forum recipes eg tandoori chicken. Instead of roasting on the oven I used the airfryer.

The most important reason for me was health. The minimal oil approach makes food less sinful :P
