frank was very impressed with the wedges, was looking up recipes for how long to cook them for, most said 45min tonight in the AF they took 20mins
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

I just made wedges by yours look so much nicer than mine.

I microwaved mine for 10 mins then Cooled them and cooked @190 for 16 mins.

Did you pre steam or boil them and what temp did you use?

I heated up leftover pizza and fish for lunch and made bruscetta for dinner.

what didnt u like about yours ?

Judy that's what I love about it. Kids and DH had fish and chips the other night for dinner. I had to work back late. But 5 mins and my dinner was cooked :)

They were ok. Not as crispy as I would have
Iiked. Yours looked nicer.  I'll increase the temp and time tomorrow and see how I go.

 more trials  :-))

eggs and polenta turned out really nice

1st patch of eggplants where to thin and moved in the AF, sliced 2nd lot a tad thicker and still moved around needed to put a rack on top, will make a parmigiana later and try it, i really hope its nice   

eggs took 3 mims the oven was very hot i pre heated a pan with oil (spary) for 1 min only
